        W polu środkowym tryptyku występuje kompozycyjnie rozbudowana scena wielofigurowa. Klęcząca Maryja adoruje Dzieciątko, obok św. Józef; wokół aniołowie, dwoje z nich podtrzymuje dekoracyjną kotarę na tle schematycznie zaznaczonej stajenki i zarysu krajobrazu z architekturą. Tak rozbudowana scena w naszym malarstwie XV wieku byłaby czymś wyjątkowym, jednakże analiza tej kompozycji wykazuje na wykorzystanie, choć w znacznym przetworzeniu, grafiki tzw. Mistrza E.S., czynnego w Nadrenii około połowy XV wieku, co dowodzi o przenikaniu wzorów graficznych na nasz teren. Na awersach skrzydeł widnieją postacie św. Piotra i Pawła oraz św. Barbary i Katarzyny, na rewersach występują źle zachowane postacie Maryi i Archanioła Gabriela, które tworzą scenę Zwiastowania.

In the middle of the triptych there is a compositional complex multi-figure scene. Kneeling Mary adores the Child, next to St. Joseph; there are angels around, two of them support a decorative curtain against the background of a schematically marked stable and an outline of the landscape with architecture. Such an extensive scene in our painting of the 15th century would be something remarkable, however, the analysis of this composition shows the use, although significantly processed, of the graphics of the so-called Master E.S., active in the Rhineland around the mid-15th century, which proves the permeation of graphic patterns into our area. On the front  of the wings there are figures of St. Peter and Paul and also St. Barbara and Catherine, shown schematically, on the reverse of the wings there are poorly preserved figures of Mary and Archangel Gabriel, which form the scene of the Annunciation.
