W części środkowej scena Koronacji Matki Boskiej. Przed tronem, na którym siedzi Bóg Ojciec i Chrystus, klęczy Maryja. Nad jej głową Bóg Ojciec i Syn Boży podtrzymują koronę i unosi się Duch Św.  W narożnikach zgrupowano po trzy putta, które podtrzymują białą wstęgę z inskrypcją. W prawy dolnym rogu wśród inskrypcji można wyraźnie odczytać datę 1525. Awersy skrzydeł ilustrują sceny z Życia Maryi: Zwiastowanie, Nawiedzenie, Św. Anna Samotrzeć, Pokłon trzech Mędrców.

Triptych of the Coronation of Mary

In the central part, the scene of the Coronation of the Virgin Mary is depicted. Mary kneels before the throne, on which God the Father and Christ sit. God the Father and the Son of God support a crown, and the Holy Spirit hovers above her head. Three putti are grouped in the corners, each supporting a white ribbon with an inscription. In the lower right corner, the date 1525 can be clearly read among the inscriptions. The obverses of the wings illustrate scenes from the Life of Mary: the Annunciation, the Visitation, St. Anne, and the Adoration of the Magi. The reverses depict Passion scenes: the Prayer in Ogrójec, the Trial before Pilate, the Crowning with Thorns, and the Stations of the Cross.
