Inną wersję ilustracji wspomnianej zapowiedzi odnaleźć można w obrazku Madonna z Goździkiem, który pochodzi z kaplicy zamkowej Tarnowskich z Góry św. Marcina.
W polu, o kształcie prostokąta stojącego, frontalnie ujęta półpostać Matki Boskiej trzymającej Dzieciątko. Dzieciątko trzyma w swej rączce mały kwiatuszek goździka, który łodygą jest skierowany w stronę serca Matki. Jej prawa dłoń ułożono poziomo, wyprostowana podtrzymuje Dzieciątko, lewą dłonią Maria również podtrzymuje Dzieciątko na wysokości ramienia. Ciemnobłękitny płaszcz zdobiony dwunastoma  złotymi gwiazdami okrywa czerwoną suknię złoconą motywem słońca oraz owocu granatu. Płaszcz spięty pod szyją ozdobną broszą, opada łagodnie. Głowę  Maryi zdobi bogato dekorowana korona. Chrystus  nago w pozycji pół leżącej trzyma w swej lewej ręce kwiat goździka, łodygą skierowaną w serce matki, a swoją prawą rękę swobodnie opuszcza ku ziemi ponad to zwraca swą głowę ku Matce.

Another version of the illustration of the said announcement can be found in the picture Madonna z Goździkiem (Madonna of the Carnation), which comes from the Tarnowski’s castle chapel from Saint Martin’s Peak.
In a field, in the shape of a standing rectangle, a frontal torso of the Virgin Mary holds the Child. The Child holds in his hand a small carnation flower, which with its stem points towards the Mother’s heart. Her right hand is held horizontally, outstretched, supporting the Child; with her left hand, Mary also supports the Child at shoulder height. A dark blue cloak decorated with twelve gold stars covers a red dress gilded with a sun and pomegranate motif. The cloak, fastened at the neck with an ornate brooch, falls gently. Mary’s head is adorned with a richly decorated crown. Christ, nude and semi-reclining, holds a carnation in his left hand, the stem pointing towards his mother’s heart, and his right hand is freely lowered to the ground, above which he turns his head towards his mother.
