Tryptyk
Kamionka Mała, ok. 1450r

    Przykład tryptyku fundacyjnego stanowi nastawa ołtarzowa z Kamionki Małej, w której donator, wywodzący się z niższego duchowieństwa, ukazany jest w postaci adoranta. Tryptyk szafowy z przedstawieniem malowanymi i rzeźbionymi. Tryptyk posiada  cztery trójkątne zwieńczenia, po jednym trójkątnym obrazie na dwóch bocznych skrzydłach oraz dwa zwieńczenia na części środkowej. Te trójkątne zwieńczenia, przedstawiają popiersia proroków, których można zidentyfikować, dzięki inskrypcji zapisanej minuskułą gotycką na widocznej białej wstędze ułożonej w kształcie litery „L” podtrzymywanej przez każdą postać proroka: Jeremiasza [JEREMIAS P(RO)PHETA]; Daniela [DANIEL P(RO)PHETA]; Izajasza [ISAIJAS P(RO)PHETA] i Habakuka [ABACUC P(RO)PHETA]. W części środkowej znajdują się malowidła ukazujących świętych na złotych gładkich tłach.
Po lewej stronie ukazany jest św. Jan Chrzciciel, który okryty jest w długą do kostek skórą z wyraźnie zaznaczoną sierścią. W prawej ręce podtrzymuje księgę a na niej leżącego małego baranka ze złotą kolistą aureolą na głowie. Św. Jan lewą ręką wskazuje na baranka, natomiast głowę ma zwróconą w lewą stronę i patrzy w dół, na małą klęczącą postać donatora w stroju duchownego ubranego w białą komże o wyraźnych portretowych rysach, który ze złożonymi rękami modli się do św. Jana i podtrzymuje białą banderolę z inskrypcją zapisaną minuskułą gotycką o zwrocie [OM(N)ES S(AN)CTI ET S(AN)CTE ORATE P(RO) ME AD DO(MINU)M (tłum. „Wszyscy Święci i Święte, módlcie się za mną do Pana”).
Po prawej stronie deskę dekoruje postać św. Biskupa w stroju pontyfikalnym z białą mitrą na głowie, w prawej ręce podtrzymuje księgę a na lewym ramieniu trzyma pastorał. Ubrany jest w białą albę dalmatykę oraz zielony ornat z czerwoną podszewką.
Na lewej kwaterze ukazana jest święta Anna Samotrzeć, która siedzi na ławie na kolanach podtrzymuje małą Maryję oraz Dzieciątko Jezus. Drugą kwaterę wypełnia postać św. Barbary ubranej w czerwony strój z koroną na głowie i wieżą na rękach.
Prawe skrzydło w górnej kwaterze ukazuje świętą Zofię z córkami, która siedzi na tronie a na kolanach podtrzymuje trzy córki z indywidualnymi atrybutami, jedna w zielonej sukni z kratą, na środku w białej tunice z piecem oraz trzecia w czerwonej sukni z mieczem. W drugiej kwaterze zobrazowano w całej postaci świętą Dorotę w zielonej sukni z zielonym przerzuconym płaszczem i koszykiem trzymanym w lewej ręce.
Na awersach skrzydeł znajdują się cało postaciowe przedstawienia Męża Boleści oraz Matki Boskiej Bolesnej.

Triptych
Kamionka Mała, circa 1450

     An example of a foundation triptych is the altarpiece from Kamionka Mała, in which the donor, a member of the lower clergy, is depicted as an adorer. A wardrobe triptych with painted and carved depictions. The triptych has four triangular finials, one triangular painting each on the two side wings and two finials in the central section. These triangular finials depict the busts of prophets, who can be identified by an inscription written in Gothic minuscule on a visible white ribbon arranged in the shape of the letter „L” supported by each prophet: Jeremiah [JEREMIAS P(RO)PHETA]; Daniel [DANIEL P(RO)PHETA]; Isaiah [ISAIJAS P(RO)PHETA]; and Habakkuk [ABACUC P(RO)PHETA]. The central section contains paintings depicting saints on smooth gold backgrounds.
On the left, St. John the Baptist is depicted, covered in ankle-length leather with distinct fur. In his right hand, he holds a book with a small lamb lying on it, a golden, circular halo on its head. St. John points to the lamb with his left hand, while his head is turned to the left and looks down at the small, kneeling figure of the donor in clerical garb, dressed in a white surplice with distinct portrait features. With folded hands, he prays to St. John and supports a white banderole with an inscription in Gothic minuscule: [OM(N)ES S(AN)CTI ET S(AN)CTE ORATE P(RO) ME AD DO(MINU)M] (tr. All you saints and holy ones, pray to the Lord for me”). On the right, the panel is decorated with the figure of St. Bishop in pontifical robes, a white mitre on his head, holding a book in his right hand and a crosier on his left shoulder. He is dressed in a white alb dalmatic and a green chasuble with red lining.
The left panel depicts Saint Anne of Samothrace, seated on a bench, supporting the infant Mary and the Infant Jesus on her knees. The second panel is filled with the figure of Saint Barbara, dressed in a red robe with a crown on her head and a tower in her arms. The right wing, in the upper panel, depicts Saint Sophia with her daughters, who sits on a throne and supports three daughters with individual attributes on her knees: one in a green dress with a checkered pattern, the other in a white tunic with a stove, and the third in a red dress with a sword. The second panel depicts Saint Dorothy in full figure in a green robe with a green cloak over her head and a basket held in her left hand.
The obverses of the wings feature full-figure depictions of the Man of Sorrows and Our Lady of Sorrows.
